Run 800 Meters then,

3 Rounds for Time of:
21 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
15 Burpees
Run 100 Meters (to Krav Maga)
9 Pull-ups
Run 100 Meters (to HQ)

Cash out with 100 Double Unders (Following last round of Pull-ups at Krav Maga)

Note: Today’s workout is in honor of Greg “Mad Dog” Madsen. Following the last round of Pull-ups, complete 100 Double Unders of 150 single jumps, then sprint 100 meters back to HQ.
