Congratulations to Tobias who was recognized as Athlete Of The Week at CrossFit Pleasure Point. Tobias is in his FIFTH YEAR of training at CrossFit Pleasure Point. A truly humble warrior-yogi, Tobias has an extensive background in Ashtanga Yoga, at was a devout student of Baba Bari Das, the founder of the Mount Madonna Center. Tobias background and depth of knowledge in the traditional practice of meditation, yoga, and pranayama (breathing) is profound. What’s also profound in his capacity inside the gym! A true student of the principles of virtuosity, Tobias is a beautiful example of the power of discipline, practice, and commitment. And speaking of commitment, Tobias achieved a major milestone on Thursday, when he accomplished a longtime goal of 100 consecutive Double-Unders! Congratulations Tobias on all your success, both inside and outside the gym. We love you brother! Ossssssssaaaaa
