Bench Press 7,5,3,1 (Tempo Training – 5 Second Descent, 1 second bottom position hold)
Rest as needed then,
Front Squat, 7,5,3,1 (Tempo Training – 5 Second Descent, 1 second bottom position hold)
Rest as needed then,
Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible in 90 seconds
Rest 90 seconds
Double Under, AMRAP in 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
Double Under, AMRAP in 30 seconds
Note: Today is a BIG contrast from yesterday. The mantra “slow is pro” is the way to go on Tempo training days. Try to add weight to your barbell on each set. The goal for the Double Unders is 150 total repetitions or more between all three sets. Compare todays effort to November 19, 2019.
