Nutrition Seminar

In preparation for the July Nutrition Challenge, Greg Amundson will be teaching a free Nutrition Seminar on Friday, June 12, 2015, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This is a very important Seminar to attend in order to understand the significance of proper nutrition. Topics covered will include food quality, food quantity, meal timing, and the 5 rules of eating for performance. In addition to the “Physical Nutrition” Greg will also be teaching “Mental Nutrition” and how both the physical and mental must be complemented in order to achieve true fitness and health. Be sure to save this date and attend this Seminar. The 30 Day Nutrition Seminar begins on July 1, 2015.
