Station A – 15/12 Row Calories
Station B – 20 Sit-ups
Station C – 20 Wallballs 20/16
Fresh each of the above stations should be completed in 40 seconds. The goal for this workout will be to stay as close to that 40 seconds of work / 20 seconds of rest through all 15 minutes. Adjust the reps or weight during the specific warm-up to find your 40 second work capacity for the three movements.
