Evolution B:
For Time,
Run 800 Meters (Floral Loop)
5 Rounds of “Cindy”

Rest up to 2:00 then,

Evolution C:
For Time,
Assault Bike, 50 Calories
5 Rounds of “Cindy”

Note: There is a 7 minute time cap on each session. Evolutions will start on the 0:00, the 9:00, and the 18:00. Athletes will rest upon completion and await the next start time. For example, an athlete that finishes Evolution A in 5:00 will have 4:00 rest, whereas an athlete that does not finish Evolution A will be time-capped at 7:00, and will have 2:00 rest. Athletes can pick their start station but must honor the order of rotation.
