Note: On todays workout, Athletes can “pick their poison” and complete either “Angie” or “Cindy”. This is a great workout to help prepare for the upcoming fundraiser workout for Amanda, which will consist of up to 24 hours of “Cindy”. Our official Record-Board, located in the Team Room, has been erased, and we are starting from scratch with better management of times and records.
