Week 2 Bench Press Series
5×5 Bench Press (Tempo 3-1-X-1) @ 70% 1RM
The goal today during the Bench Press series is to push yourself during the controlled descent and finding a weight that challenges the individual athlete in those last two sets where the spotter has the pleasure of assisting the lifter during the press. Spotters should allow the pressing athletes to use all their might to bench press the weight.
