Then,
Partner WOD for Time to Celebrate two amazing CrossFit Pleasure Point athletes.
Both Partners run 400m (once both are back they can start on the DL below)
100 Total Deadlifts 185-225/135-165 (can be split up however the team would like)
400m Partner Run
100 Total Parallel Burpee over barbell (can be split up however the team would like)
400m Partner Run
Time stops once both partners return from the final 400m Run.

Don’t be afraid to start over. This time you’re not starting from scratch. You’re starting from experience.
