Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible in 3:00
Note: Compare today’s session to July 31, 2020, September 4, 2020, and October 8, 2020, and consider adding up to 10lb. to the Barbell. The weight should be challenging yet achievable in no more than two sets. The ideal work to rest ratio is 1:00 “on” and 1:00 “off.” This is a great “Grinder” session!
