“Barbell Barnstormer”
7 minute AMRAP – 3 minute Rest
5 minute AMRAP – 2 minute Rest
3 minute AMRAP – 1 minute Rest
1 Round for Time
Each AMRAP will include a Barbell Complex of
4 Deadlift + 3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squat + 1 Power Clean
10 Squats
Each Round will be 20 Reps, 10 for the barbell complex and 10 for the squats.
Weight will be up to the individual athlete.
This is going to be a great session.
