Complete for Quality reps
10 Rope Climbs
25 Wall Walks
50 Ring / Bar Dips
These movements can be completed in any order in any rep scheme necessary to complete all the reps.
Modifications will be provided for all three movements.
Don’t forget to wear long socks or wear a knee sleeve to protect your legs from the rope climbs.
