Wendler Strength Series (Week 1 and Add 10lb.) for:
Bench Press
Deadlift
Note: This week we return to the Wendler Strength Series for repetitions of 5, 5 and then As Many Repetitions as Possible. During last months progression of Wendler, we saw incredible improvement, including Heather Rosenberg’s personal record of a 250lb. Deadlift. Congratulations Heather! For “Extra Credit” we will be developing our Rope Climb technique.

During the recent CrossFit For Hope expedition to Kenya, Team Members Andy, Chris, Dallin and Greg helped make desks for the newly constructed classrooms. A desk is a welcomed and needed improvement in a Kenya school: The boys in the photograph above previously sat on a rock during instruction.
