“The Clean Climb”
The Power Clean Ladder
20 minute EMOM
Starting at 1 rep, +1 rep each minute up to 10 reps
Then work back down to 1 rep. Last minute max rep effort.

This is a great workout that we do regularly here at CrossFit Pleasure Point. This is a great test WOD to see where our athletes barbell cycling and endurance is. The goal is to make it through all rounds at 135/95 and then have a 10+ effort for that last minute. Find a challenging weight and let’s get this one done.
