On a 20:00 clock (5 rounds each station)
Station 1 = Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions
Station 2 = Box Jump, 15 repetitions (20′ men and women)
Station 3 = Run 300 meters (or C2Row 200 meters)
Station 4 = Front Squat, 5 repetitions (155lb. / 95lb.)
Note: Today’s station rotation is programmed at a very advanced level. Scale the rep’s accordingly to ensure you always have at least 10 seconds rest at each station.
