“9-11 Hero Workout”

For Time,
Run 1 Mile (Big Loop & Carry 1 x Dumbbell from the workout)
11 Box Jumps (20 inches for men and women)
11 Dumbbell Thrusters (35lb. / 25lb.)
11 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
11 Dumbbell Power Cleans
11 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overheads
11 Burpees
11 Toes to Bar
11 Dumbbell Deadlifts
11 Dumbbell Ground to Overheads
Run 1 Mile (Big Loop & Carry 1 x Dumbbell from the workout)

Note: On todays session we pay tribute and honor to the lives lost during the terrorist attack on our country on September 11, 2001. On the run, only carry one Dumbbell or Kettlebell. All the other Dumbbell or Kettlebell exercises require two weights. There is a 40 minute time cap on todays session. Athletes can use either a Dumbbell or Kettlebell.

Save the date! Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero fights on September 28, 2019, at the Staples Center in LA. The fight will be broadcast on Fox Sports and our friends at Mountain Mikes Pizza are going to host the fight for us! There will be FREE Zone pizza (just kidding on the Zone part) plus an afterparty back at the gym. More information to follow!
