50 Hand Release Push-ups
10 Kettlebell Swings

Note: Kettlebell weight is up to 53lb. for men and 35lb. for women. Pick a weight that ideally allows for consecutive repetitions. On the Hand Release Push-up, focus on a tight midsection throughout the entire range of motion. This is a challenging session!
