Note: This is a super challenging Hero Workout, created for Army Special Forces Sgt. 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th, 2016. Large classes will start at HQ, and run to the Pull-up bars at Krav Maga. There will be a 20:00 time cap on todays workout. Prescribed weight for men is 95lb. and women 65lb.
