1 Round of Threshold testing of:
KB Swings 53/35
Toes-2-Bar
Goblet Box Squats 53/35
DB Deadlift 35/20
Then 4 Rounds @ 50% the athlete’s threshold amount.
The Threshold Mashup was created within the walls of CrossFit Pleasure Point by the original Firebreather Greg Amundson. It is a potent training stimulus that creates the mental and physical fortitude for not only a strong body but a stronger mind. The goal will be to complete the 50% threshold prior to the 30 second timeframe each minute.
Threshold is where you discover who you’re becoming.
