Evolution B:

For Time,

Concept2 Row, 400 Meters
Thruster, 30 repetitions (75lb. / 55lb.)
Toes to Bar, 20 repetitions

Note: On Evolution A, work up to a new 3RM record. The goal on evolution B is consecutive repetitions on the barbell and toes to bar, and an average 500 meter split time of 1:35 for men and 1:40 for women. How many athletes can thruster their bodyweight for 3 reps?
