3 Power Cleans – 2 Hang Squat Cleans – 1 Front Squat 115-155/75-125
The complex should be completed unbroken through all rounds and the weight should be maintained throughout all 16 minutes. Focus on pulling under the bar for the Hang Squat Cleans.

The barbell doesn’t care how your day went; it just wants to know if you’re going to pick it up or not.
