Tempo Back Squat, 5,5,5 Repetitions (5 Second Descent – Three Second Hold)
Rest as needed then,
4 Rounds for Time Of:
50 Squats
Run 400 Meters (or Row 400, or 100 Double Unders)
30 Push-ups
Note: Advanced Athletes are encouraged to utilize the Hand Release Push-up technique. This is an “Old School 2003” Glassman original workout and it’s gonna’ be a good one.
Kyle – 1:25.5 x 500 Meter Row – A New Gym Record!

On Saturday, December 10, during the CrossFit Pleasure Point Concept2 Rowing Competition, Kyle came in and nailed an incredible 125.5 x 500 meter row. We think that record will hold for a long time. (Until Tom returns home!)
