Note: Notice the “Work to Rest” ratio this week. When we allow ourselves equal work to rest, the expectation is that we give the work period everything we have. Weight on the Hang Power Clean is up to 95lb. for women and 135lb. for men. Weight selected must be such that 5 consecutive repetitions are manageable throughout the workout. The goal is fast and explosive turnover.
