Weighted Object Hang Power Clean, 20 Repetitions
40 Push-ups
60 Squats

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B:

Do this session at any time throughout the day,

As Many Alternating Lunges As Possible in 5:00 or,
As Many Single Leg Squats As Possible in 5:00
