Shoulder Press, 5,3,1,1,1 repetitions (5 second tempo descent)

Rest as needed then,

Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for 10:00,

Deadlift, 15 repetitions (135lb. / 95lb.)
Hand Release Push-up, 15 repetitions

Note: On the shoulder press, work up to a 1RM load while maintaining a STRICT range of motion and adhering to the 5 second tempo. For the EMOM, if you are not able to maintain 15 / 15 on any given round, in the following round reduce the repetitions to 12 / 12, then 9 / 9, etc. The best “score” is maintaining 15 / 15 for all 10 rounds.  This is a super challenging session!
