Thruster, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1 Repetitions (Establish a “Working 1RM” Load)

Determine 50% of your 1RM threshold then,

For time:
Run 400 meters
Thruster, 21 Repetitions
21 Pull-ups
Run 300 meters
Thruster, 15 Repetitions
15 Pull-ups
Run 200 meters
Thruster, 9 Repetitions
9 Pull-ups

Note: On todays version of the classic couplet “Fran” Athletes will work at 50% of their established 1RM load. Large classes will utilize both Krav Maga and CrossFit for todays workout.
