Complete 6 cumulative minutes of a bar hang.
Every time the athlete drops off the bar the athlete will complete
10 Burpee
15 Air Squat
200m Run
Capture each split time for the bar hang. Once you complete 6 minutes the workout is complete.
There will be a time cap of 25 minutes for this workout and athletes can hang from the bar or rings. Other modifications for the bar hang will be available.
