Minute One: Kettlebell Swing, 15 repetitions (Grinder Station – 53lb. / 35lb.)
Minute Two: “Cindy” (Indoor Station)
Minute Three: 200 Meter Run (Bus Stop)

Rest as needed then,

Shoulder Press, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo)

Note: Today’s session is a classic CrossFit triplet. Scale stations as needed to ensure that you always have at least 10 seconds before rotation.
