150 Barbell Thrusters 75-95/45-65
Penalty “Tax”- 4 Burpees every break in the reps
Every time the athlete drops the bar, complete 4 Burpees.
Don’t break when you’re tired, break when form fails.
Log your sets and finish time. Who can complete “Tax Day.”
