During this session, athletes will note the implementation of the Bosu Ball for the pushups. This is a more challenging movement than a standard pushup because athletes will need to maintain a strict tight core to balance on the Bosu Ball. Look for more movements in the future using this equipment and other similar equipment to highlight the benefits of maintaining a tight core during movements.
