This week we will be starting a 6 week daily Core Progression.
Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday we will be getting baseline number for –
Monday – 60 Seconds Max Sit-ups
Tuesday – Unbroken L-Sit Hold Time
Wednesday – Max set Toes-2-Bar (unbroken)
At the end of the 6 weeks we will be re-testing the same three.
