Bench Press, 15 Repetitions (15 Repetition Max Effort)

400 Meter Sprint (Timed Evolution)

400 Meter Sprint (Timed Evolution)

Bench Press, 15 Repetitions (15 Repetition Max)

Note: This is a training session that Coach and Gray Maynard utilized to develop upper body strength during a CAMP in 2014. This is a potent session. The 15 repetition weight goal for men is bodyweight, and women 1/2 bodyweight. The Tabata sequence is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds rest. Push yourself on the 400 Meter runs, with a goal of completion sub 1:45.
