Note: On the grinder with a 95lb. / 45lb. Barbell held either in the Front Rack or Overhead Squat position, forward walking lunge on the grinder 25 feet. Rest as needed then perform 3 additional rounds for a total of 100 feet of walking lunge. One person working at a time.
