Complete Three Individually Scored Rounds:

On a 4:00 Running Clock,
Run 400 Meters
30 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
15 Burpees
Toes to Bar, As Many Repetitions As Possible (Score)

Note: Todays workout comes from the CrossFit Law Enforcement Seminar, and it’s a good one! Rest up to 4:00 between rounds.
