Threshold Mash-up Training:

As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00 of Double Unders
Rest 1:00 then,
As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00 of Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
Rest 1:00 then,
As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00 of Toes to Bar 

Rest up to 2:00 and configure 40 to 50% of your training threshold then,

On a 12:00 Running Clock (4 Rounds Each Station)
Minute One: Double Unders (40 – 50% Threshold)
Minute Two: Kettlebell Swings (40 to 50% Threshold)
Minute Three: Toes to Bar (40 to 50% Threshold)

Note: Athletes choice on the percentage of threshold volume on the station rotation. Whichever you choose, be sure to give each “test” your maximum effort. Today is a great day to “practice” the double under skill!

Friday “Leaderboard” Workout Alert!

This Friday, we will be hitting the famous CrossFit Workout “Jackie” for the Leaderboard in our Team Room. Since relocating the board, it has been cleaned, erased, and is now ready to be populated with the top scores from our athletes!
