join us today at 5:30 PM for our CrossFit Pleasure Point Strikes Class. This course teaches students striking and incorporates the striking with a workout of the day. If you have your own gloves, bring them.
This is a great cardio session that will get your heart rate up and give you some new skills. Coach Henry Montes has a wealth of knowledge in boxing and will impart some of this wisdom during class.

For today’s normal programming we have a great workout we previously did no December 20th 2021. Compare today’s effort with your previous effort.

Calories – Assault Bike or Rower
Pullups
Complete 21 of each movement, then 15, then 9, then 6, and finally 3.
For those wanting a different stimulus try to complete as many strict pullups in a single set. Then complete the remaining using either kipping or assistance bands.
