Push Press: 4 sets of 5 reps (increase weight each set)

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Accessory Work

Overhead DB Tricep Extensions: 3 sets of 10 reps

Front Raises: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Plank Shoulder Taps: 3 sets of 10 taps per side
