Note: Today has been a challenging week of programming with some incredible efforts during the workouts. Although “Rx’d Weight” for the Kettlebell swing is 53lb. for men and 35lb. for women, considering scaling down the weight and making today an “Active Recover” workout. This workout was performed by the original “Team 6” crew on June 19, 2004.
