“Clean Break”
20 minute EMOM
Threshold Power Clean session
1 Heavy Power Clean every minute. Continue to add weight until you are not able to complete the weight for two consecutive minutes. Then lower to the last completed weight and continue for the remaining minutes.
During this session the goal will be to have perfect form on each lift and maintain perfect form throughout the session.

Find your limits, then own them.
