Rest 1:00, then on a 5:00 running clock,

Find “High Heart Rate” 1RM Max Power Clean

Note: This is a slight modification of the famous CrossFit workout “The Chief”. The equal part work to rest encourages maximum power output and intensity. Mens barbell weight is up to 135lb. and women’s is up to 95lb.
