Tabata Squat
Rest 2 minutes.
Push-Press 50 reps. (65lb. / 45lb. barbell)
Rest 2 minutes and total each round of Tabata squats.
Perform Tabata total from earlier, in one set, in less than 4 minutes.

Rest 5 minutes then,

Row 500 meters for a maximum effort or 150 weighted jump ropes for time.
