MONDAY 130520

Perform three sets for maximum repetitions off:

Strict Pull-up
Strict Bar Dip

Then, perform three rounds for time of:

50 Meter Weighted Tire Pull (or 2 No Leg Rope Climbs)
400 Run
60 Double Unders

Note: Keep the Pull-ups and Dips super strict. Rest as needed to accumulate the most repetitions possible. Tire Pull’s are weighted with 45lb. for men and 25lb. for women.
