Shoulder Press, 5,5,5,5,5 Repetitions (Achieve 1 Rep Max Press)

Push Press, 3,3,3,3,3 Repetitions (Achieve 1 Rep Max Push Press)

Split Jerk, 1,1,1,1,1 Repetitions (Achieve 1 Rep Max Push Jerk)

Note: Today’s session is all about building strength through a progressively more technical means of achieving “shoulder to overhead”. The points of performance for all three lifts will be reviewed in each class.

1:00 AMRAP of Kettlebell Swings

Establish 50% Threshold for Kettlebell Swings then,

20:00 Running Clock (10 Rounds Each Station)
Odd Minutes: Kettlebell Swing (50% Threshold)
Even Minutes: 200 Meter Sprint
