80 Squats – 40 KB Swings 53/35 – 20 Toes-2-Bar – 400m Run

64 Squats – 32 KB Swings 53/35 – 16 Toes-2-Bar – 400m Run

50 Squats – 24 KB Swings 53/35 – 12 Toes-2-Bar – 400m Run

32 Squats – 16 KB Swings 53/35 – 8 Toes-2-Bar – 400m Run

16 Squats – 8 KB Swings 53/35 – 4 Toes-2-Bar

Progress isn’t instant – it is evolutionary!

Note: Today’s session dates all the way back to October 16, 2003, at the original CrossFit gym on Research Park Drive, and was created by CrossFit Founder, “Coach” Greg Glassman. It’s a good one! Evolution A is great opportunity to work a complex barbell movement while Evolution B is a great gymnastic grinder. There will be a 25 minute “Time Cap” on Evolution B.
