Descending ladder

Partner A will complete Row for calories

Partner B will hold a static gymnastics hold during Partner A’s effort.

Then they will switch places. Each partner will complete each of the Row calories.

The partner rowing can only continue rowing while the partner maintaining the static hold is maintaining the static hold position. This is going to be a great one.
