“The Hanging Hour”

Complete 90 seconds of cumulative L-Sit Hold

Every break the athlete will complete

200m Run + 10 Burpees as a penalty

Today athletes will earn their rest. The more “breaks” the athletes take they more you run. Today is a mental game of holding on for just 5 more (quality) seconds.
