3 burpees
3 deadlifts (135lb. / 85lb.)
6 burpees
6 deadlifts
9 burpees
9 deadlifts
Etc.
Rest as needed then,
Tabata Mash-up of Toes to Bar and Double Unders (8:00 running clock)
Note: On the Tabata Mash-up, athletes will rotate every 20 seconds between stations. The goal is to average 20 double unders and 8 toes to bar each round.
