Today we are offering CrossFit Pleasure Point Athletes an additional two hours of Open Gym. Sunday open gym hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please note Sunday training is for current members only and a drop in fee will apply for people not currently enrolled into our gym.
