As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 1:00 of Wall Ball (20lb. / 14lb.)
Rest 1:00 then,
As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 1:00 of Double Under
Rest 1:00 then,
As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00 of Toes to Bar
Rest as needed and determine your Threshold Capacity (Athlete Choice) for each station then,
Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for 15:00 (5 Rounds Each Station)
Minute One, Wall Ball (Athlete Choice on Threshold)
Minute Two, Double Under (Athlete Choice on Threshold)
Minute Three, Toes to Bar (Athlete Choice on Threshold)
Note: On todays workout, Athletes have the choice to train between 20% to 60% of their Threshold Capacity. Listen to your body, and choose a threshold level you can sustain for all 5 rounds. Athletes may either maintain one consistent threshold for each station, or use a different threshold at particular stations. In addition, Athletes may use the ascending threshold principle. All variations will be discussed in each class. This method of training offers Athletes a unique and personalized training program.
