Station 1 – Toes-2-Rings
Station 2 – Heavy Ball Squat Clean 60-80/40-50
Station 3 – Bar Dips
Station 4 – Barbell Shoulder to Overhead 65-95/45-65
Athletes will complete one minute AMRAP for each station with one minute rest between test rounds.
4 rounds – EMOM at 50% their AMRAP effort (16 total minutes)
